About Us Elite School of Beauty is owned and operated by Debbie Hallgrimson and her family. Debbie was born into the cosmetology school industry. Debbie's father, Jerry Manning owned Magee Bros. Beauty School. Debbie attended Magee Bros., as well as instructed cosmetology there. She has maintained a great rapport in the cosmetology industry for over 30 years. Co-owning the school is Debbie's daughter Nicole Hallgrimson. Nicole was also born into the cosmetology industry, she has worked in the salon as well as instructed.
